These terms govern your use of the website at acegenx.com (the "site"), published by AceGenX Enterprise Solutions Pvt Ltd ("AceGenX", "we", "us"). They do not replace your master services agreement, statement of work, or order form, which separately govern any engagement you have with us.

You may browse the site, share its links, and submit enquiries through the contact form. You agree not to:

• attempt to disrupt the site, probe its security, or access systems you are not authorised to access;
• scrape, mass-download, or re-publish substantial portions of the site without our written consent;
• impersonate another person or supply materially false information through any form on the site.

3. Content and intellectual property

The text, structure, illustrations, photographs, and logos on this site are owned by AceGenX or used under licence. Names and marks of partners and third-party products belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification purposes only.

4. Enquiries are not contracts

The information on this site is for general orientation. Pricing examples, indicative timelines, and case-study figures are illustrative; they do not form an offer. Any engagement with AceGenX is created only when both parties have signed a written services agreement.

5. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party resources, OEM documentation, or partner pages. We do not control the content of those destinations and are not responsible for it.

6. Warranties and liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AceGenX disclaims all implied warranties for the site itself, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in this paragraph limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that arises from them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
